Some re-issues are just re-issues. But the re-issue of the Vale Park is a reinvention, both of watch and of brand. For the past four years, Visitor has been working toward our first American-built wristwatch. Now, we are proud to say that we are making cases, hands, and dials here. All assembly - including the movement assembly - is done here, along with all testing. The Vale Park Officer Mk.II is our first bronze watch, and our first ever watch built in America. It marks not only the return of a beloved design, but the beginning of a new era.

The Vale Park Officer Mk.II is comprised of more than 80% US-made content. The case compenents, dial, and hands are all machined, finished, and assembled in the USA. The watch’s FTS movement is assembled in the USA from imported components. Those imported components prevent us from using the “Made in USA” label, despite the majority of transformative operations (from raw material to finished components) occuring in the USA.
-
The caseback and buckle of the watch are treated with transparent Cerakote, limiting the direct contact between skin and bronze. That said, if you have a known bronze allergy, we do not recommend wearing this watch (or any other bronze watch).
-
Different bronze alloys patina at different rates and patina to different colors. The more common tin (Sn) bronze watches will quickly patina to a brown shade. The CuAl7Si2 bronze used in the Vale Park stays a light golden color for a long period of time before darkening.

No. But it is limited by our production capacities. Likely, we will make ~100 per year.

After you recieve your access email confirming a watch is available at your spot, you will have one week to make a purchase before additional spots are opened on the list. After one week, you will still be able to place an order, however, a watch may no longer be immediately available.
We dislike the “hype drop” sales model and prefer this “expanding pool” model which does not rely on FOMO-induced sales.
